Sign Up - Once you have signed up with NEST you will automatically recieve our newsletters. You can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the newsletter you recieve usually located at the bottom of the email.
Payment - All methods of payment, including credit cards are processed when you place your order through Worldpay.

Delivery Arrangements - All orders are delivered by Royal Mail. When your order is ready, we will contact you to confirm your delivery has been sent. Your delivery will not go ahead until you've been contacted by phone, by letter or email.
Delays - Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed. We will, or course, make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery times.

Content Accuracy - NEST has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. Packaging may vary from that shown. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the
website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NEST disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. NEST shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Damage to your Laptop/Computer - NEST makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. Payments & Returns - I want to make payment for my order? Payment won't be taken until you are satisfied that the products in your shopping basket are what you want. You also have the option to remove a product from your basket. When
payment is taken all your details are encrypted when entered through Worldpay.
I want to cancel my order? When you have placed an order you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. You will be required to keep the item in a re-saleable condition.
I want to make changes to my order? Amending Your Order - before
dispatch of goods: In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you want to
change your order, you can by emailing us on info@linethenest.com up until the point of its dispatch to you.
Returns policy - Changed your mind? That's fine, we're happy to exchange your order on any unworn & perfect garment provided it is returned within 14 days of purchase. In the event of an exchange, package & posting will not be paid by NEST.
In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please email faults@linethenest.com. You can also return the faulty item using Royal Mail and we will refund your postage when
the item has been received. A full refund will be given for faulty goods as long as it is returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.
