Delivery Charges
I want to know delivery charge costs?
- 1st Class Recorded is £3.50 on all orders in the UK.
- Special Delivery is £8.00 on all orders in the UK
- To send in Europe is £10.00. (if ordering a small amount it maybe less)
- To send Internationally is £18.00. (if ordering a small amount it maybe less)
I want to know when my order will be delivered?
- Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Service. Delivery can take between 1/3 working days.
- Special Delivery Service. Delivery is next day if order placed before 2pm.
- Recorded Delivery in Europe. Delivery takes 3-5 working days.
- Recorded Delivery the rest of the World. Delivery takes 5-7 working days.
Can I send a present to a Hospital?
Yes we can, but please note that not all hospitals will accept deliveries. Please check with the hospital that they are happy to receive the items and we will address it to the intended recipient before ordering.
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
If you are not in, Royal Mail will try a neighbour or find a safe and secure place to leave your parcel. If they cannot find a safe place, your parcel will be returned to your nearest sorting office. They'll leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. If you do not pick up your item after a couple of weeks they will return it to sender.
How do I return an item I ordered online?
NEST is happy to exchange items on any unworn and perfect garment
provided it is returned within 7 days of purchase (a reciept or photocopy of credit card statement can be shown as proof of purchase). We do not cover the cost of P&P in the event of an exchange unless the item is faulty. If an item is faulty we will issue you with a full refund for the item as long as it accompanied by proof of purchase and we will also refund your postage at the end of the transaction.
